CFO at DCF
Dion (CF Napa), Jeremy (Diablo CF), Rob (Diablo CF), Mike (CFO), and Craig (Diablo CF)
I had the pleasure of stopping by Diablo CrossFit earlier this afternoon to catch their Open House. Although I missed their Tabata mash-up workout, I got there just in time for some steak and beer (timing is everything).
Jeremy, Rob, and Craig have a great thing going on out there and I'd encourage anyone to drop in on 'em if you're ever in the area.
