Halloween At CFO!
Thanks to all the spirited CrossFitters who donned thongs, leg warmers, wigs, and gooey face make-up in the spirit of Halloween fun! Mary Jo (as Jane Fonda) wins the prize--a shiatsu massage with JoAnn Arnold of Cherry Blossom massage (who also happens to be an amazing weightlifting competitor and occassional CrossFitter).

Someone very evil must have created g-string workout clothing. There's really no way to describe performing wall balls with one of those getups on. I am psychologically and otherwise injured. Never ever ever again (until next Halloween, anyway).
