Helen does Fremont SWAT Team

What looked like trouble from the outside was actually a guest visit from the 16 members of Fremont SWAT who stopped by CFO on Friday to get their workout in before a day long tactical training session. We obliged their training needs and took them through "Helen" (3 Rounds: 400m run/21 DB swings/12 Pull Ups) in teams of 5. As expected, they put their best effort in, dug deeper when there was nothing left in the tanks and left CFO sufficiently sweaty!
Which of the "girls" is your favorite? Why? Any idea why most of the bench mark workouts are named after women? Post to comments.

Linda is my favorite.
I heard that all the workouts used to be named after men, but after Title IX they were forced by local activist to change them to womens names.

Hurricanes and CF workouts are best named after women.

Because they look harmless, until you get to know them?

Because anything that leaves you out of breath, holding on for dear life, even crying, must be the work of a woman (kidding!).
Fran and Helen are my favorites, by the way.

I think this theory has merit and should be closely examined. Daniel, you are a wise man.
I agree with Mike, too. Only women can cause such great pain. :)

Okay I am always last to post. And am the sole woman, I should note.
Maybe they are called women because women are never on the website listed as best times--so you had to put them somewhere. ;-)
