I think I could actually do this in a decent time and not have my more horrible technique hinder me, except of course for those double unders. But then again, everyday so far I think I can do well and end up seriously humbled. Today's Linda was a perfect example of a humbling experience. Ouch!

I estimate I can do this in under 10 minutes, but I need to rest today, I will do it at some point, probably as a finisher on the next heavy day. I assume the db cleans are 15 EACH ARM, yes?

Max,

I agree. I think this WOD can be had in under 10 minutes.

The DB cleans are done using both bells at the same time (one in each hand).

There's something really off about buying clothes for the benefits you can absorb through your skin. I put this up there with rubbing crystals and howling at the moon in a ritual menses circle.
