have some good holiday workouts without me... Hopefully I can make it back in before I head back own to L.A. for the break. Finals + procrastination = not very fun and not enough sleep to workout.

youre right... sleep deprivation isnt an excuse, because I still beat you without any. Whats your excuse? =p

Just a quick note...I made a mistake in my post (it happens once every 5 years or so). We'll be running the weekend schedule (9am & 10am) on the 24th. I've corrected the post.

ugh. just did a variation of Fran that I can do at home.

Wall Ball Substitute with 62# kettlebell
pullups
8:02 - i'm out of shape obviously, and was slightly hung over this morning from last night's office party.
a kettlebell wall ball sub is a kettlebell swing, release and let rotate 1/2 way around, catch the underside of the bell with the handle pointing away from you, thruster and release the bell at the top, grab handle and repeat. (that's one rep). less weight then the rx'd fran thruster, but more difficult skill and a longer maneuver.

sleep deprivation is totally an excuse.
