Shira Yaziv--capoeirista and CF athlete who is fondly known at CFO as the Princess of Power had an appendectomy a few nights ago. Shira, we are sending you love and hope that your recovery is quick and complete!

I guess for most people you would say "you'll be back on your feet in no time"
...in Shira's case it is:
You'll be back on your head in no time.

I am feeling better now... Not doing Crossfit yet, however, I am doing some flexibility and getting better in video games!!!
The recovery is fast.. I will see you all soon.
Oh, and Daniel - just for the heck of it, I tried to do a head stand today.. ;)
