I resolve to listen to a lot more heavy metal this year. I think that I should get to listen to some prime choicest metal while performing "Helen" tomorrow.

Yes Tom! Throw those horns up. I worked out at Crossfit Oahu the other day between stuffing my face and climbing out of a bottle. Anyway, we did 50 - 45 - 30 pull ups, 45lbs jumping back squat (wierd) and 24 inch box jumps. The metal was cranked so loud it had me fired up. More metal in 2008!

I support the heavy metal movement!
Not because I'm a big heavy metal fan, but because it is way better than the typical CFO workout mix. (just my opinion)

I want to see Daniels heavy metal dance moves seeing as hes got some pretty nifty moves for just about everything else...in fact, I think there should be a CFO Daniels Dance Moves youtube video made in the near future...

Metal has been shown to lower blood cortisol levels both during and after periods of intense exertion. It also has been clinically proven to speed recovery following a workout, increase levels of protein synthesis, stimulate the production of human growth hormone, elevate mood, and cure world hunger. The metal should flow like a mighty river at all times. Viva metal!

Lau knows where it's at. Horns up, bro.
