This morning in the OBFFA class at 11, Lau had us in teams of two bring slam balls 400m by trading turns throwing them. Fun, and a good warmup.
Interesting approach to criminal rehab in the Philippines. I think that we should do something similar at CFO. Perhaps we can choreograph something to "Battery" by Metallica.
Viva metal!
You listening, Laura?
Viva metal!
Three words:
"Dodge Medicine Ball"
Tom-
I would threaten to retaliate with some of my Emo music...just a little Deathcab... but sadly group exercise actually reppels my very melancholy music. I even burned a CD to play on Friday and the music WOULD NOT PLAY at Crossfit! Apparently, you have won. "Enter Sandman" play on.
At least it is not "Baby Got Back" which gets really old after the 100th playing, I must say. Even though its message still rings so true.
Last week at one of the 7pm classes, Mike had a finisher for us which was throwing medicine balls at a partner as hard as we could and catching them. It was a lot of fun and a workout. Lau's 400m ball run was also a good warmup. Maybe some relay races or two person lifts could be added. I also like Brads idea of Dodge Medicine Ball. Or what about "Hoover Ball", I've always wanted to try that.
