I still think the monkey bars were rad.

who's that gorgeous blond in the middle?

Posted by: Jonathan at March 4, 2008 10:35 PM

Today's WOD at CF San Diego: Deadlift 3-2-2-1-1-1-1-1. Maxed out at 355.

BG - that sounds like 2x BW? Nice job.

Anybody know the current state of the standings? I think that we should have a daily update of the standings on the website.

Posted by: Brandon B. at March 5, 2008 8:48 AM

I'm currently in a state of pain...

Posted by: daniel at March 5, 2008 9:26 AM

Brandon is that nervousness I smell?

Posted by: Nabil at March 5, 2008 9:33 AM

"Do you think your name will be on that plaque...yes sir."

Posted by: Brandon B. at March 5, 2008 10:12 AM

No no no no no no... there's TWO O's in Goose, boys.

Posted by: daniel at March 5, 2008 10:42 AM

What's your problem, Kazanski?

Posted by: Brandon B. at March 5, 2008 11:06 AM

Dude, I love the old skool video Nicole! Great reminder of how far we've truly come, specially me with those pull-ups. I miss Annie and Ann...

Posted by: cave connie at March 5, 2008 11:28 AM

FYI all you CFOT participants...I was just witness to Nabil rocking the house with a Cindy score of 27 rounds + 4 pull-ups. Legit!

Posted by: Mike Minium at March 5, 2008 11:36 AM

Nabil, you better be coming to the games...

Posted by: Patrick at March 5, 2008 11:41 AM

I will come back in at 6 to try and do 27 and 5 pullups

Posted by: steven at March 5, 2008 11:44 AM

You're everyone's problem. That's because every time you go up in the air, you're unsafe. I don't like you because you're dangerous.

Nabil's performance is definitly Muscle Worship material!

Posted by: daniel at March 5, 2008 11:56 AM

you gonna oil him up and kiss his biceps after every round Daniel? of course while Brandon tapes you two.

Posted by: steven at March 5, 2008 12:03 PM

No, no, Nabil, below the hard deck does not count...All times before the 6 pm class are considered below the hard deck.

Posted by: Brandon B. at March 5, 2008 12:12 PM

Nice work today Steven.

We were in the worst dogfight I ever dreamed of. There were bogeys like fireflies all over the sky.

Posted by: Nabil at March 5, 2008 12:30 PM

You too Nabil that was just out of control

now that I think of it... I should have sandbagged Angie, Linda, and Filthy 50 just in order to knock out some push ups and hit 28

Posted by: steven at March 5, 2008 12:35 PM

Nice work Nabil, that's a ridiculously high score!!! And even more impressive after the last two wods. Imagine how many more rounds you could bust out when you are well rested. Keep it up man!

Posted by: cave connie at March 5, 2008 12:44 PM

All I have to say about the movie referenced above - was I was very disappointed about the gratuitous use of the male form in it. i.e., the volley ball scene. It ruined the movie.

Posted by: Brad Gilliatt at March 5, 2008 12:55 PM

Very impressive Nabil...not sure who you are yet, but can't wait to watch you shine, too! I am sluggin out a long shift today and cant come in but, if anyone wants to do cindy or that other woman with me at 9, that'd be pretty dang hot.

Posted by: Amy at March 5, 2008 12:59 PM

Nabil,
You were in a 4g inverted dive with a MiG28?

Posted by: daniel at March 5, 2008 1:04 PM

What in the world??? Nice frickin' work Nabil!! Wish I could have been there to see it go down.

Posted by: Audra at March 5, 2008 1:41 PM

Nabil your performance is more exciting than reading Top Gun reruns... You set the bar but tonights challenger's will def be a must see!

Posted by: Tamara at March 5, 2008 2:03 PM

Nabil,

you left your dianabol on the table. I put in the office for you to pick up next time your in.

Posted by: Lau at March 5, 2008 2:06 PM

If you guys keep quoting the f**k out of the movie I will have definitely lost the "love and feeling" and never be able to watch it again. Although I have to agree with Brad that the volley scene was extra fruity...nothing worse than watching unathletic men play volleyball in jeans!

My vote to Daniel for taking down today's #1...Don't worry Mike you are still my #1 overall :)

Posted by: Tamara at March 5, 2008 2:15 PM

uh, i remember being into the volleyball scene, but it's been awhile since i've seen it, i think i was probably 15 at the time.

do think i'm taller than tom cruise as long as he's not wearing his platforms. isn't he only like 5'6"?

nabil, steven, damn.

hey, alec did his first workout as rxd today!

Posted by: casey at March 5, 2008 2:33 PM

Uh, sorry Daniel. We happened to see a MiG 28 do a 4g inverted dive.

Posted by: Nabil at March 5, 2008 3:04 PM

Gutsiest move I ever saw, Nabil.

Posted by: Brandon B. at March 5, 2008 3:27 PM

Nabil, You can be my wingman any time.

Posted by: daniel at March 5, 2008 3:41 PM

Amy,

I'll do Cindy with you tomorrow at 9am since I won't have an opportunity to do it today.

See you manana!

Posted by: Mike Minium at March 5, 2008 3:54 PM

I see some real genius in your workout, Nabil, but I can't say that in there. I was afraid that everyone at CFO would see right through me.

Posted by: Brandon B. at March 5, 2008 8:23 PM

This could be complicated. You know on the first one I crashed and burned.

Thanks everyone for your support and encouragment. And as always, thanks Mike for keeping me fired up throughout the workout, I would have easily been content w/ less, but you really pushed me to finish another round plus some. Thanks!

Posted by: Nabil at March 5, 2008 8:48 PM

hey mike or nicole,

ever think of hosting a whole forum section instead of just a comments portion... so we can have ongoing chats and posts regarding to whatever topic... whether it be training, diet, the wod, etc..
