Reminder: Rowing Clinic on Thursday at 8p.m.
On Thursday night (3/27) we will have a Rowing Clinic during which we will go over technique, review settings and programming for Concept II, and run through a few pacing drills. The cost is $20.

I've been sick for the last couple of days, but assuming I'm better by then (and I plan to be!) I plan to come on Thursday night.
