By Nicole - Posted on 06 March 2008

Many people have expressed an interest in refining their rowing technique to become more efficient, so as a part of our monthly skill development seminars we will offer a Rowing Technique Seminar on Thursday March 27 at 8pm-9pm. The cost is $20 and you can R.S.V.P. to info@crossfitoakland.com.

Rowing = suffering. Why anyone would choose to row instead of going for a run, unless limited by an injury, is puzzling. Rowing is much harder and involves many more muscles. Of course, why anyone would choose to exercise or eat correctly is equally mystifying. Speaking of which, I think I should go and eat half a dozen doughnuts now.

I'm eagerly anticipating the running seminar - rowing's just not my bag.

As much as I hate it, I'm definitely in for the rowing clinic. I have to force myself to improve on things that I try to avoid!!! Can't wait for the running clinic :)
