so I just did a really f'd up version of fran in my living room. for thrusters, I had one 24kg kettlebell in one hand, a 16kg kettlebell in the other. I tried to switch roughly 1/2 way through each round. last time i did this I had a 24kg bell and a 12kg bell and got 7:50. today, with the heavier weight, I got 5:59! man, that's a killer workout. I have yet to do it the real way with the 95# barbell and a real pullup bar. i don't know how you guys fly through it like you did. good work. maybe I should wear a headband next time.
