On the good news side, neither Scott nor I have crashed or fallen off a cliff yet, and we have been having some excellent mountain bike adventures here in Moab. (Plus eating a pretty significant amount of not-so-very-zoney food. We tell ourselves that 5-8 hours of biking per day makes it all okay.)

Wish I could make it, but I am out of town. Worked out with Crossfit Maui this a.m. Good people. 500m row, 15 SHP, 20 Push press, 25 pullups, 30 pushups, 35 medball cleans, 40 supermen, 500m row.

Just to confirm, I'll be there at 10pm sharp. Pizza delivery uniform with the 70s music playing. If you actually want pizza, it's extra. Just let me know and I'll have my driver pick it up.
I'm not sure who's in charge of this thing, but there is clearly a scheduling conflict w/ my Crossfit for Losers class, which is, again, scheduled for every Friday night from 9pm - 11pm.
Then we go get late-night milk shakes at Denny's! I like chocolate with a smidgen of malt!
