Yesterday Connor decided to give Grace (30 clean-and-jerks at 135# for time) a go.

The result: 1:33.

Enjoy.

That was F__king IMPRESSIVE! You are a beast!

That shit got me so amped watching him doing live, and just as fired up watching it again just now! My favorite is when his misses rep #30 the first time b/c you can see just how hard he is pulling on that bar!! 2 seconds off from that John Welbourn's time (with one rep re-done)and Connor isn't juicing like that homo. Fuck yeah!

that is some dig-down-deep athleticism...Conner, the games participants should fear you ;)

That was awesome big man.

So Con... gonna do it again on the next rest day?

I was looking at the games website and they will have a 1k row comp to win a c2... woohoo! all this rowing will go to good use hopefully.

Lance, Sierra, and anyone else that wants to run Marin:

Can you guys do it at 5:30 today?

Posted by: Brandon B. at May 31, 2008 12:05 PM

that was beautiful - it was like a dance. can't wait to cheer you on at the games.

Posted by: sierra at May 31, 2008 1:18 PM

Brandon - probably, and then I could go to the 4 pm class, too. I'll have to talk to Lance when he gets off work. I'd love to do it today but I'm happy to do it another time this week. I know Audge is gonna be there at 4, hopefully she'll be able to do run later, too.

nabil, i love you brother and i know you're not trying to hurt my feelings - but when you use words like "homo" it hurts a little, kinda like when people call me "chink" or "gook".

conner, i'm archiving that one for my kids along with tamara's firefighter fran...
