I will be spectating.

Nabil = reason I come to this site.

Mike and Nicole,

We are going to need lots of chalk...for the games, not for S.P.E.C.T.A.T.I.N.G.

Hey, everyone. I might be around the gym for a couple more days but am kind of busy getting ready for my trip. I'll be gone until the 21st and will be fat when I get back. We eat a lot at ninja camp. ...it's part of the training. Please keep in mind that I am sensitive and keep the "fat" jokes to a minimum. I don't handle them as well as Brad (who is fat).

Just wanted to take a second to say GOOD LUCK AT THE GAMES. I wish I could be there with all of you and know that you will represent. I know I am missing out on a good time.

Have fun, kick ass, take names, and don't dip the pen in the CFO ink!

I don't want to come back to any weird, awkward CFO drama where Brandon is looking at Mike who is protectively looking at Connie but then also kinda looking at Daniel who is looking at Nabil talking to Audra but also a hole in the wall in the back of the bathroom, and Tammy and P-hole are on maternity leave.

That would suck. ...for you, really.

After unsuccessfully trying to get 165 lbs over my head (or whatever near impossible task gets dished out) I may wish that I was a spectator. JP, say hello to Batman for me at ninja camp.

> don't dip the pen in the CFO ink!

I think several people have already broken that rule. :)

I thought of a few other things I will bring to the games:

1. Sunscreen
2. Isopropyl alcohol and band-aids
3. My yellow rubber ducky that makes squeaky noises. Yes, I own one and it sits right next to my computer at home.

I watched the rather lengthy video where Candace was mentioned last night. That was, of course, the highlight. Tami is still unknown to most of the CrossFit world. Maybe Jolie was alluding to Tami by frequently mentioning firefighters. I am excited to see everyone do well.

Loren and I are doing Fran @ 6. Anyone else is more than welcome to join in.

There is only one reason a woman is ever down on firefighters.

Lau - Huh?
Nabil -You're funny.
JP - You're funny, too.
Tom C. - Really? Please don't spoil my idea of CFO as a totally wholesome, brotherly, sisterly type place.

JP you got it all wrong, you couldn't come back any fatter than you already are.

So it looks like my wife and I might make it down there to spectate after all. Does anyone know if dogs are allowed?

brad - lance had mentioned that dogs are allowed

> Tom C. - Really? Please don't spoil my idea of CFO as a totally wholesome, brotherly, sisterly type place.

I would never suggest otherwise. However, I can think of at least two couples that came together as a result of training at CFO.

Both Scott & I will be there to cheer on the CFO team on Saturday. But Scott works Sunday so he's got to drive back Saturday evening. I'm staying overnight (at Hilton Garden Inn in Gilroy) and need to hitch rides to/from there and back home Sunday, after Scott takes the car.

Brad-
Dogs are allowed. But they must be accompanied by a gun totting Republican.

Im in SLO working, and feel lost without CFO. im not kidding. I havent trained since thurs night when i did fran and sucked. Im kinda freaking out for the games considering Im now gonna be back in Oaktown on thurs night. Somebody post the fran times for tonight. B and loren - i wanna hear about sub 3s for sure. you both got it easy. Grr...I want to back..... See you kids soon

i wanted to say another heart-felt "thank you" to all of you for your kind words, well wishes and perfect farewell gift. i will fondly remember all of you, especially as my ass gently kisses the dynamax while i tabata squat (oh, never mind, cfo crossfiters don't use a ball, they know how far they should go down...) either my FGB score will go up because i will be so inspired or go down because i won't be able to concentrate. either way, you all have enriched my life in many ways... Thanks to all!

again, if any of you are in nyc, please do not hesitate to contact me - imajining AT hotmail DOT com

JP - for the last time, I am not fat. I have a thyroid condition. In fact, my doctor offered me a handicap placard today. (He also asked for a case of scotch.) Remind me to ask Mike and Nicole to paint the front spot curb blue.

Quick nutrition question regarding "Zone Blocks"

I had Lance's 4 block chili yesterday. Delicious! But how many blocks is it when you put it over 1/2 box of tri-color pasta and add two huge tablespoons of olive oil (extra virgin)? Thanks.

JP, safe travels.

Patrick - It was hard to miss you too much today when Beth did her impression of you... (a must see, folks...)

STOP calling Brad fat - he is totally HOT (that was 50% off all Napa wines, right Brad?)

Sierra - I will explain it all to you tomorrow ;)

I miss Edgar...

But how many blocks is it when you put it over 1/2 box of tri-color pasta and add two huge tablespoons of olive oil (extra virgin)? Thanks.

I think it's close to 6.02 x 10^23. Give or take an order of magnitude.
