2 Spots Left For Angela's Next Clean Clinic

Angela, along with Jo Ann Arnold, will be holding her next Clean Clinic on Sunday, August 10 from 2pm to 4pm.

The clinic is limited to five spots, and three of them have already been sold.

The two remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

I was hoping to see that picture without double vision myself. I really felt the love from you guys yesterday....I'm in the worst pain of my life puking out 6 Blocks of protien and you guys are falling down laughing!

I attended the first of Angela's Clean Clinics and highly recommend it for anyone looking to begin or improve their Olympic lifts. Angela's a great instructor; and, seeing the lifts performed live by people who specialize in them gave me a much better appreciation of how dynamic and quick the moves are supposed to be.

This is a formal request to the CFO management that Daniels post Fran championship picture be posted. For one thing I think that much effort needs some recognition. And Lance deserves to see what one of his Zone meals looks like after Fran….mmm tasty.
