More tomfoolery from the CFO Games meeting
We're going to be covering a lot of territory over the next few days regarding CF Games training, in particular the schedule of our upcoming CFO Throwdowns.
Because this kind of stuff tends to take on a life of its own, we're resurrecting the CFO Throwdown Blog. I've already done the first post, which covers the schedule for the CFO (internal) throwdowns over the next year.
We've added a link to the lefthand side of the blog, right under our CFO Best Performances of the Day section, named 2009 CF Games Training, which will take you to our CFO Throwdown Blog.
And for those of you who don't know anything about the CF Games or CFO Throwdowns, don't worry. I'm sure there will be at least one more post devoted to the topic before it's all said and done.

In other news, Lance continues to kill it! good work.
Speaking of games results, there was discussion and posting (on games site) of how the men's results would have changed if they'd used the 2007 (points-based) scoring system again this year, rather than cumulative time. So I did it for the women's side, just for the sake of completeness, and can definitively state that the 2007 method sucks, and the 2008 method is much better.
I cannot get behind any scoring system in which Jolie beats Tamara. (Candace's position is unchanged, regardless of method.)

Brandon "Zoolander" Banks has made another appearance in a photo. To his immediate left is someone who looks a great deal like Angelina Jolie, too. The people in our gym are being replaced by celebrities.

I'm super excited because this year's US Tennis Association Womans 18 and under championship is once again at the Claremont Resort and Spa the week of Aug 3rd.
Nothing better than watching these aspiring scholarship winners fight it out, sweating, moving, lurching, and grunting their way to victory!
I'll be there. Just hope the wi-fi from Peet's Coffee reaches the bleachers.
Brad, you can make a pretty decent cantenna out of a pringles can that will nab a wifi connection a few miles out for less than $10... however, in addition to any potential fcc violations, waving around a pringles can with wires sticking out of it in the vicinity of underage girls is probably not a good look for you.
