I found no sign-up sheet on the board this morn, but I gave a check to Dawn. Let me know if I'm in. I'm off to Seattle in an hour, and will be back early Sunday.
I've never been to Seattle, anyone have any must-see advice?

Wyatt and others-
Although Brad Greenlee appears to be your average salami aficionado, I've actually obtained a video of him and Brad Gilliat, filmed inside the apartment in Antioch that they share.

I'm afraid to look at the video Nabil put up. I don't want to get fired for inappropriate viewing. But something is compelling me to click on the linky thing.

Sierra-
It's not technically Spam, but there are cured meats involved.
Basically, it shows Good/Bad Brad practicing for an MMA cage fight (Mixed Meat Accessories that is).
Not exactly WFS unless you work for Hormel.

i knew i shouldn't have checked this site today. there is something very pre-colombian about the bacon garter belt.

Dammit, I told Brad not to post that. I actually started doing CrossFit when I was given a 2-year suspension from the SFA after my capicola tested positive for PGH (Porcine Growth Hormone). I guess the secret's out now.

O-Lifting Participants: It looks like we're going to have some pretty talented participants for this clinic.
This clinic is for you. If there is something specific you would like us to focus on, please email me at angela_lim@pacbell.net. Otherwise, come ready to work hard and have some fun!
