Who is this Man and why does he have such good color sense?
Who is this man? Why is he dressed this way? What possible athletic advantage is he hoping to capitalize on?

I think I saw that guy at some gym in Walnut Creek pushing around lemon water for the guys on the precor machine. Or wait... maybe he's a personal trainer there. His hair was parted a little different the last time I saw him. Nice gams, though. I'd remember those anywhere.

Off topic. I wanted to thank the folks there at CF Oakland for an excellent workout on Friday morning. There is nothing like traveling cross country and waking up a few hours later to do an early workout with fellow CF fanatics. You folks have a great facility there (both people and place), which I am very jealous of. We lack anything close in Tampa. Everyone helped push me a lot harder than I do on my own. Thanks Robin, Mike, Dawn, and the rest of the good people I met during my short visit.
I hope to see you again the next time I am in town. Any of you are welcome in Tampa for a spot on my couch, a workout, and a beer -- in any order.
