CFO Throwdown Schedule for September
Just a few of those from CFO who will be taking part in our next CFO Throwdown
It's now official: we'll be kicking off our first CFO Throwdown during the first four WOD cycles of September.
Here are the dates:
Sept 1-3
Sept 5-7
Sept 9-11
Sept 13-15
I'll be detailing the rules and regulations on the CFO Throwdown Blog over the weekend, but in brief, points will be awarded to participants as follows:
1st Place: 5 points
2nd Place: 4 points
3rd Place: 3 points
Complete as Rx'd: 2 points
Complete WOD: 1 point
September is right around the corner. Put the dates on your calendar!
****Missing Wedding Ring****
CFOer Annie V recently lost her wedding ring and it likely happened at our box. She's put a note up on the community bulletin board; be sure and read it for the details. In the meantime, if you come across a ring of any kind, or have come across a ring recently, please turn it in to us so we can get it back to Annie. Thanks!

Mike that's not nice putting the 2nd place losers score up, unless he happened to use a 50lb wall ball. Brandon if it makes you feel better you are still #1 on my stalker wall ;)

I'm planning an interpretive dance for the opening ceremonies of the Throwdown. Through movement, I will attempt to convey the history of CFO. Since I don't have much in the way of fireworks, I will ask Daniel to fire off a few bottle rockets after I light a fire in a garbage bin that will burn through the duration of the Throwdown.

What's a BMMU? Is that a bowel movement muscle up? If so, I definitely want to see a video of that. Ah, if only I could get my one muscle up to come back. Where did he go? He paid me a visit several months ago and then ran away.
Oh, wait, I see what BMMU stands for. Big man muscle up. I rather liked my guess better.
