I'll bring the brownies!

I have gathered a few choice shots from Lau's party and made them available for all to see. One thing I noticed at the party and while sorting through the photos is what an incredibly fit and good looking group of people were assembled there. Quite impressive. CrossFit women, be not afraid. Despite the fact that I happened to capture quite a few bikini shots, I didn't publish any of them. If your picture doesn't appear here, please forgive me. I also have only a few shots from the workout because I was participating in it.

Robyn,Your mushrooms can be used in many dishes. I like them with caramelized onions and garlic. Ed would like them with fresh or dried pappardelle or rigatoni.
Simply measure 2cp mushrooms, rinse well and soak for about 30 minutes in enough hot water to cover.Turn the mushrooms around in the water every few minutes so they soak evenly. After soaking, squeeze the mushrooms to get rid of excess water. CAREFULLY strain the soaking water into another container(leaving any grit behind)so that it can be the base of your sauce. Rough chop mushrooms, set aside. Dice 1 red onion and crush 3-4 garlic cloves. In sauce pan heat extra virgin olive oil, add garlic and toast. Add diced onions, season with salt, pepper and love. Cook over medium high heat unitl onions are golden brown and soft, about 10-12 minutes. Add chopped mushrooms and 1/4 cp white wine. Reduce wine by 1/2, then add reserved mushroom liquid. Bring to boil. Adjust seasoning and add to pasta, adding some reserved pasta water if needed. For a Zone friendly dish, Grill or roast chicken and simply pour mushroom mixture over to make a awesome sauce. Bon Appetit...

Thank you, Tami. Next time, you'll have to come to the party so I can snap pictures of you, too. I'd forward the unpublished ones, but then the women in our gym would all too easily beat me up.
