We are in the last few days of the fundraising efforts for Athletes for a Cure 2008! We are encouraging everyone who is participating in FGB to solicit friends and family to sponsor your soulful efforts on Saturday. Get out there and raise as much money as you can in these final days!

A note to all. During the FGB Fundraiser, to generate the most power in all of the movements, remember to really push out of the bottom. Lau's bottom.

I agree. Power from the bottom is crucial. It helps on cleans and deadlifts as well.

I agree with your statement there. In fact I think it is entirely appropriate to simply call these exercises "Power Bottom" movements as a definition.
