You are hereDance, Dance, Dance!
Dance, Dance, Dance!
Often times, a lot of the fun that happens at CFO goes on after the workouts are all finished.
This was the case after Tami finished Queen Kong (3 rounds of 1 deadlift @ 325#, 2 muscle-ups, 3 squat cleans @ 185#, and 4 handstand push-ups) last week. We kept the cameras rolling as Manwell, Lau, and MJJ paid tribute to Tami via the ancient art of dance (if that's what you want to call what they're doing).
Let the comments roll.

wow, that is even better on video than it was in person.
Yet another reason we need a pole dancing class at crossfit. These guys need some lessons. (And I am sure we will see some halloween costumes that will befit a pole on Friday!)
Seriously Mike and Nicole, get on it!
My schedule as a personal trainer is nearly full at the moment. However, people interested in dancing lessons are encouraged to contact me while spots are still available. We will study in depth the "no rhythm" technique and how you can apply it to the club, dance halls and back yard ho downs and improve your chances with the opposite sex. Spaces are limited so call now.
While my partner to the right in the video has yet to master the technique I do wish to extend him a verbal h.j. This man is not only an inspiring no rhythm dancer but he was able to pr on the shoulder press last night (235# after his 3x5 work sets). Dude, your dad Jor-EL called and you are needed back at the ice palace.
> 235# after his 3x5 work sets
That's uncalled for. I object to those kinds of numbers.
Sadly the video was cut too short. After we changed clothes we did the real CFO dance
I am looking forward to seeing Tami on video crushing "queen Kong". More interested in seeing the women who come out of the woodwork on .com trying to beat her time.
That was f'n hilarious.
What happens at CFO should stay at CFO. Mercy!
MJJ - that "dancer" in the middle looks just like my mom 30 years ago and thus, probably me right now (AHHHHHH!!!)
It's always nice to see what boys have rhythm and those who do.......not ;0 but keep practicing
Hmmmm, it's always nice to see what boys have rhythm and those who do.....not! ;-) Way to go Tami!
