We've asked Tim Hill, a local CrossFit-certified trainer and Pose coach, to give another Pose clinic for CFOers.

It will take place at the Piedmont High Track on Saturday, Oct 11, beginning at 9am. The cost for the clinic is $65.

Sign up on the bulletin board at CFO to reserve your spot. We need a minimum of 5 participants to make it happen.

Mike, you're two days behind on the Performances of the Day posts. I know figuring out the clock has been occupying most of your time, but don't leave us hanging.

Crossfitters- This Saturday starting at noon my friend is holding a bake sale on 4th street, and all proceeds will be funding a youth program in Uganda that she will be volunteering at. So if anyone wants to have a cheat day, please go buy some treats and help benefit a good cause.

The new clock is bad ass. Never thought I would be so stoked on a timer.

Angela, nice coming out of retirement for the C&J's!!

Daniel, you owe me $25 for losing to Brandon.

Attention CFO!!! Has anyone seen my Swiss Army watch? It has a metal band with a big red face, it was a special gift and I'm lost without it :(

Actually, Daniel won the Grace showdown, so perhaps it's you who owe him, T.

Go to the CFO Throwdown Blog for a recap of the final workout between Brandon and Daniel.

Thanks Mikey I stand corrected! Time to go break some legs and collect my money!

Daniel I might even donate my winnings and buy a gun rack for your truck.

I wonder how many of the sprinters in that picture are running in the POSE style? The skill I want to learn the most right now is the one that MJJ shared with us a few days ago: relaxating.

When you mean gun rack you must mean an arm rest for my cannons because I already have a gun rack for the 30-06.

“You can be my wingman any time Brandon.”

“No Daniel, you can be mine.”

That is a lot of rifle for a little man with short arms, better let Candace hold that for you, we all see who wears the guns in that relationship. If you want lessons let me know, I can almost hit the 5yd target.

Tamara,
You are right. For such a little man I do have an enormous rifle.

Tamara,

I have seen Daniel handle his enormous rifle, it's actually pretty impressive.

I can practically hear the omnipresent moderators grinding their teeth as I write this. I fear they have been roused from their meditations and trance-like kata practice. Soon, they may be reaching for their katanas to swiftly slice through the comments section until it reflects a kinder and gentler world.

Hey CFO -

Daniel and I went riding yesterday! Here's some vid -

Brandon you are right that cannon is huge. Looks like it brought you to you knees, hope you had eye protection on with that misfire!
