Thanks to all who showed up for tonight's Zone Support dinner. It was great fun, even if the conversation occasionally drifted toward discussion of Oprah and women's fashion.

Which factor is more important in one's diet: insulin management or protein intake?

Insulin management? Who wants to manage that stuff? Much like money or drugs, if a little insulin is good, more is better. That's why I recommend a diet rich in simple, refined carbohydrates. It's just like Thoreau suggested, "Simplify."

For those interested in what you missed last night, I have some photos for you. Thank you to Sam for hosting a wonderful party and to all the participants for indulging me as I flashed bright lights in your eyes.
