Bay Area Affiliate Team Competition

Affiliates from all over the bay area (CrossFit Santa Clara, CrossFit Unlimited in Milipitas, CrossFit One World in Union City to name a few) will be converging on DCF on Saturday, January 24th for a little 'friendly' competition.
*Plan to arrive around 10:30am. Workout heats will begin around 11:00am.
*Heats will take place with 4-person teams
*House Rules, meaning DCF gets to come up with the workout
*Open to all skill levels

Are we going to have an earnest and frank discussion regarding CFO's approach to the team competition on Saturday? If the answer is yes, perhaps it should be done through the back channels.
I agree with B Banks. And the discussion should definitely include how were dividing up teams... Personally, Im ready for a bit of revenge :)

Go kill it at the team comp. this weekend- I will be thinking of you while in Austin, at my first team camp for my new team: Colavita/Sutter Home presented by Cooking Light. Thanks everyone who cheered me on yesterday during my re entry into the world of anaerobic brutality courtesy of FGB. I made huge gains in strength this year (~20lbs in back squat alone!)- and am looking forward to my season of racing. I will be drawing on the inspiration of all you rad CFO peeps, from the trainers to the newbies, as my teammates and i suffer through to victory, and will be around as my racing&training schedule allows!

Good luck on Saturday, everyone. I think I'll have to sit this one out. I seem to have another injury for my injury trophy collection, and I am temporarily limited to one-arm workouts.

Are you still taking requests for new equipment?
I will do my best to be there, although I am house sitting in SF. Fortunately, they are not too far from Pleasant Hill BART. I like that Diablo CrossFit is located in a town called "Pleasant Hill." I also like that President Obama has made heavy metal the official musical genre to be played at all state functions.
