Patrick-
279# Clean??!! You are juicing! No doubt, you are juicing and you are overtraining! You are a juicing overtrainer. Did you wear your belt during this juiced lift?
Nice work P. Don't pay attention to hater's comments, clearly hater has been buying the cheap sh*t and not getting any results. You have been spending your money wisely!
Mike, Nicole and CFO Community -
I want to make you all aware of a competitive disadvantage I have which may be relevant to others. My disadvantage prevents me from achieving "Performances of the Day" and beating Funny Socks at most things.
I am Top Tall.
My incredibly long torso and short legs is a handicap I am cursed with. My short legs affect my run times, my long torso takes a disproportionately longer time to do sit-ups, back extensions, good mornings and deadlifts. I even have to get a new jump rope to accomodate my long torso.
I kindly request that a new classification for "perfomances of the day" be included on the CFO home page. Male, Female and Top Tall daily results. Top Tall can be co-ed.
Thank you.
Nice job, P! Must be the beanie!
P.
Nice job. Did your mom see it?
Patrick, that is awesome. I guess Hater didn't see it in person. So, did you use the belt?
Hey mike, how are the teams chosen? Do we just show up and get assigned to a team or do we get to select who we want on our team?
Connie,
In the post I do on Thursday night, I'll ask for everyone from CFO who will be participating to post to comments saying so, and whether or not they'll be doing the workout at Rx'd loads. I'll then match everyone up based on whether they're doing the workout Rx'd, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
Or I'll just throw darts and draw names from a hat.
(Kidding!)
Patrick, way to go. Please give me tips both on the clean and the procurement process. Or procuring the "clean," as it were.
Biggie, I'm top tall also. I would suggest a coefficient based on dearth of inseam be applied to all movements we execute. (Except Burpees. We got 'em there...)
Brandon, I feel you are still in pain about this. If you ask your parents really nicely and let them know it's important to you (maybe offer some gas money?), they'll probably come and see you at the Games this year.
Damn, P...nice!
Stuck at home today, but I just did the wod on my doorway chin-up bar. Dead hang, but C2B: 8 rounds + 5.
Brad, please. Keep your wod in the house.
