I am often asked to recommend good reads on subjects that range from nutritional supplements to gardening. So, the following is a list of some reading material you can refer to if you're interested in gaining more awareness on the topic. These weekly posts are meant to bring awareness to the importance of nutrition but they just scratch the surface of some of these major topics. Next time you're in a book store, check out any of these:

Travis, thanks for taking several of these photos.

I love the book Hello Cupcake. It's playful.

This week's meals are up for order & Wednesday delivery at www.fuel2go.blogspot.com. Thanks for your support! Lance

PS - Davey's FGB score has shot up by almost 100 points since the days when we used to get the same score every time. Nice job, Davey!

Great pics of the OPD workout by both Tom and Melissa. It was really great to be a part of that.

Everyone put in stellar efforts, but I have to say that JP and Tom put in particularly inspiring, gutsy performances.

JP, I just ordered 10 copies of that book. It promises to be just as good as The Secret.

I read The Mood Cure with great anticipation and couldn't wait to try out some of the recommended supplements. The book is full of anecdotes from the author's practice where a patient takes a supplement and within minutes or hours is transformed with whatever ailed them eased or gone.

Didn't work for me. The supplements are often very expensive, and oh, yeah you can buy them online from the author.

when I'm not feeling pretty, I like to dust off my signed copy of The Beauty Myth by Naomi Wolf.

Thanks Connie! I'll definitely being forwarding this info to my clients!
