That sure looks sweet, what a great gym space with limitless possibilities. If you need any extra help building or fixing stuff Mini just let me know. My dad is a contractor so like most firefighters I grew up building homes on some of my day's off.

I want to thank Mike for stepping in for my team when I left them hanging as I chased butterflies around Crissy Field. I also would like to thank Nabil and Candace for doing the workout with Helen and I after everyone was done. Nabil and Candace went for 2 rounds of dragging that sled along and they still were amazingly strong and fast. I was very impressed.
Looks awesome! The lighting looks a lot better than the old box and i like all the amenities that come along with this space. If you need help with woodworking or carpentry, I can offer my skills, somewhat limited as they are. I have a bit of experience of building ramps at the skate camp I worked at.
I can totally envision the lockerroom! Snapping towels, the crude jokes, the horseplay!

Gee, the space looks GREAT! I guess that the sign that you made up "Hero Arts" kinda works. Ya know, teaching the skills so that we can be heroes and all.

Can i suggest that the CFO Kettle Bell Skull and dumbbell crossbones be painted on the motorized door? How sick would that be!?
