much thanks to all for making my b-day WOD so memorable, & here's to the cfo masters, go kick some ass tomorrow.

Never did two look so incompatible.  50 you don't look Lee and Lee, well you don't look 50.  But thanks for a killer WOD.  Is anyone turning 35 soon?  Hmmmm?

To all participating in the masters tomorrow, GOOD LUCK, and have fun!! Oh ya, watch out for Max, he has the eye of the tiger, if ya know what I mean. He has been training hard for this one.

mucho thanks to mini, stephen, and michelle for helping me get through my first filthy 50.  one exercise short (haha) of rx!  ::shaking fists at wall balls::

cfo masters, kick some arse tomorrow!

Anyone want to do the games prep wod with me at 9:00 am?

Just got back from CF Sweatshop watching the Master Atheletes killing it!

Brian R and Steve (The Professor) and Dave S were top 5 in the run!

Pete and Leigh completed the run (faster than I could!)

Leigh and Pete both had PR's on the Clean.

And then I had to go.

brian r, leigh, steve d, pete and david s represented the CF skull and cross bones proudly. great efforts by all. david finished in a close second overall. props to the sweatshop for throwing a great event. and cheers to our competitors!

Did anyone get any photos of the event today?

What a day.  I haven't felt this beat up since the NYC Marathon in '97.  Congratulations to Leigh, Steve D, Pete and David for great efforts in each WOD.  Thank you to Manwell, Lydia, Joseph, Brandon, Brad, Megan, Colin and Sam for cheering, coaching and being all around great supporters.

I echo Brian's comments.

I now have an appreciation for all the games and qualifiers participants who have done multiple WOD's in a day.

And a thank you to Nabil, MJ and all the rest for putting this thing on.

Thanks again to the CF Masters participants and the supporters.  I appreciated the camaraderie, wisdom and well wishings that everyone provided. It was fun (in a very twisted sort of way) and I'm looking forward to the next one with my CFO teammates.

... there is this account.

... shit that video is awesome.
