love that pic of Lance - perfect!
were you just going to let that 470 just sit out there w/o explanation?
rumor has it that you had to leave before the deadlift.
I don't know half of these people. Time for another party.
Bad Brad, very nice! Couldn't make the ride today. Next time.
Pete D, you can add 45 to your DL tomorrow.
Bri (?), nice work on your first CFT. PR in all 3 lifts, I think.
Here's a rather sobering story about a former Oakland Raider, Dave Pear.
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2009/writers/jeff_pearlman/12/18/pear/i...
In it, he says the following:
He's essentially permanently disabled from his five-year NFL career.
Nice work, Man.
I'm sad that I haven't been able to make it to CFO for the past week. I blame finals and loose morals. Miss you guys!
Tomorrow I'm flying off to the wintry wonderland that Washington D.C. has turned into. I'll be back in January and I'm looking forward to training with everyone again.
Have a happy holidays and great New Years!
All the best.
thanks dude.
I'll be doing sprints tomorrow morning at 8a.m. at Piedmont Track and would love company...anyone want to join the fun?
andrew, who knew? nice job.
bad brad, i think your vocalizations and karate chop to the bar inspired the entire 5:00 class. 740, pretty impressive. thanks also to you and lee for the encouragement last night.
