Did you know that all of the CFO WODs are now archived?
You can access them by typing the following URL into your browser:

This is extremely handy if you want to look up the workouts from a previous cycle. And coming in the near future, we're looking at setting up some search functionality, so that you can search for when a particular workout came up last (e.g., Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 Reps). Stay tuned!

Very cool!
This makes going back in time much easier. Thanks. How did you do it? Is this a plugin or a labor of love?
Someone had to say it.
Lookin' good, Lance!
TomC or Papa Brad will have to answer your question about whether it's a plug-in, Tad.
I have no idea.
Thanks Tom C, King-Captain of leche, metal ,and all things historical and nuanced...you're the man, dig?
Does anybody have an old computer they would like to donate to CFO? It just needs to be able to connect the the internet... email to info@crossfitoakland.com or just let one of the trainers know if you have what we need.
THANKS!
Robyn, Is this Cash for Clunkers?
Lance, if you were a girl, I would ruthlessly break up your same-sex marriage to Sierra and make you mine.
Best regards,
jp
I've got the computer donation handled.
Hi guys,
Is there a regular schedule tomorrow? Is there any open gym?
Leigh
And yes, there will be open gym.
With the content management system we use, each blog entry, workout, and performance of the day is stored in its own record in the database that powers the site. Creating an archive of that material is a matter of exposing those records in such a way that they can be viewed. Sometimes that can be surprisingly difficult, but the ability to display those records is a combination of built-in functionality and external modules. There are still issues to be sorted out and when they are, I may put a link up top to make the archives easier to find and browse. It's needlessly f*cking complicated, but sometimes that's how it goes.
this post smells like garlic
This is an early nominee for "Post Of The Year."
and good luck to everybody throwing down tomorrow.
the contents seems a bit intertwingled, as the kids say.
go to: http://crossfitoakland.com/wod/2009 and click August, and you get Dec. Click September, get Dec. Same for Oct and Nov.
As for 2010, Jan points to Feb.
Looking forward to it when it's all straightened out. It will be an awesome resource.

Yes, this is one of the biggest problems at present. The URLs are not yet hackable. I am working to track it down, but I am pretty sure this is a limitation in one of the modules. I will know for sure in the near future.
