Here's the workout for the Throwdown taking place this Saturday, Feb 20 at 11am. Spread the word!
4 Rounds, 2.5 Minutes Each:
Run 200m
10 Thrusters @ 135#/95#
Max Burpees
1 minute rest between rounds. Scored by total number of burpees.

tom, i would just like to say that it has gotten to the point that tonight i was reading an article, looked at this image http://solidstrength.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/backsquat.jpg?w=500&h=324, saw the guy on the right, and thought, "that looks like tom."

Each round 2.5 minutes. 10 thrusters at 95# after 400 m run...with some time left over to do burpees? Seriously, I will bring my popcorn and sit on the sidelines to watch this performance. Holy cow!
It's 200 meters, not 400 meters. And as with all CF workouts, scaling is allowed.
Oh, oops. Okay, I will bring half as much popcorn for the viewing. :)
He's got a better tan than I do.
