For those of you looking for an additional CF-related challenge, I want to give you a heads-up on the Weekly Challenge that Jason Khalipa is posting on his CF Santa Clara blog.  Jason is posting the challenge workout every Monday, and is giving challenge participants until midnight each Thursday to post results and send in video of that week's challenge workout.

What were the women's weights and times for that wod so I can smash on it.

The women's weight was 105# and according to Khalipa's website, NO women did it Rx'd. The closest girl did it at 95# in 22:20 and the 2nd girl was in 34 min. No running either, It's all you, the #1 guy did it in 16:48.

The weight in the clean/burpee workout is 115# and one of Austin's women, Chyna, did it in 3:49, as seen in this CF Journal preview video below:

Thanks Mikey, I don't know what I was looking at, must've been a different workout altogether. I was just looking at Khalipa's site, are they going to be tracking these wods on the main site or journal?

No, just through Jason's website at the moment.  No CFHQ coverage that I know of.

Aren't you supposed to go chest all the way to the floor?

 

We won't be training this Sunday at CFO, but I will hold my regular O-lifting Training Session at One World on Saturday from 10 a.m.t o noon.  This session is open to all who have taken a session from me at any of the Crossfit sites that I've held O-lifting Clinics or private sessions.  Drop in fee is $20.

We will resume Sunday O-lifting sessions at CFO next Sunday.

Tami, we need another blog entry from you. It's been about three weeks since your last update. Your fans demand more content.

Perhaps we can throw up a video of her doing the clean/burpee workout.

 

Mikey- that wod today and the fact that i won't be doing it is the only thing making me feel thankful to be sick. It looks torturous.
