The heats are set for Workout 4 of the CF Games Open Sectional. Attachment did not behave for me, so I typed them out here.  Please email info@crossfitoakland.com with any issues.

Heat 1 (11:30am): Brad G, Mauricio L, Moses M, Tom S, Naomi

Heat 2 (11:50am): Brian C, Manwell G, Leigh C, Lydia E, Sherrill L

Heat 3 (12:10pm): Loren G, Shayne H, Joey L, Beth Q, Lones S-B

Heat 4 (12:30pm): Brandon B, Connor B, James B, Christopher P, JP

Heat 5 (12:50pm): Michael B, Mo B, Scott B, Sarah K, Helen P

Workout 4 is the following:

Max Rounds Plus Reps in 10 Minutes:

60 Bar-facing Burpees

30 Overhead Squats @ 120#/90#

10 Muscle-ups

We'll be briefing you on the movement standards at 11:10am.  The heats will be run in 20-minute increments, and there will be 8 heats total.

Competitors:  Please keep in mind this from CFHQ: 

Every rep counts in this workout. Credit will be given for partially completed rounds. You will enter your result by the number of rounds completed, plus the number of bar-facing burpees, plus the number of overhead squats, plus the number of muscle-ups in the final round (if incomplete). If you do not complete the first round, enter 0 for rounds and then the number of completed reps of each excercise.

Judges:  Check your email for judging assignments.

Week 5 & 6 workouts to be posted Tuesday, April 19th. See the "Update on Week 6" section of the article that was posted 3/18/11 at games.crossfit.com/features/deadline-extension-week-1

Although both WODs will be posted and you can do the week 6 WOD during week 5 if you want, you'll only be able to submit scores for WOD 6 after April 26th. This is all a result of the one week extension that was given due to the web site issues.
