Free Community Day Workout
Join us at CrossFit Oakland for a FREE Community Day. No experience necessary. This one-hour class is designed to be fun and scalable to all ages and fitness levels. It includes a warm-up, instruction in a few basic movements, a great workout utilizing these movements, and a cool-down.

Taking place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7 AM to 8 AM, the On Ramp Class is our beginner's class and is specifically designed to prepare active, healthy individuals who are new to the CrossFit movements for our ongoing group CrossFit classes. Space is limited. To sign up, send us an email and include "On-Ramp Class" in the subject line. We will confirm your place in the current class via email.

This is the first round of qualifiers for the CrossFit Games. The Nor Cal Sectionals will produce 20 men, 20 women to compete in the SouthWest Regional qualifiers.
