Teen Athlete Program

First Class is FREE!  Drop in to any Teen Athlete class to try it out!

Teens and Middle-Schoolers: We meet every Tuesday/Thursday at 4pm after school at our Uptown location at 310 41st Street in Oakland.

The program is open to all interested teens – girls and boys.
No experience needed.
All fitness levels welcome.
We will teach you everything you need to know in a safe environment with experienced, knowledgeable and licensed CrossFit coaches.

Teen Athlete Unlimited Monthly – This option is your best value and most effective for fitness gains.
Teen Athlete 10-pak – Kids are busy!  This option allows for flexibility for those teens who have sporadic availability.

This program will focus on age-appropriate strength and speed training as well as body weight gymnastics strength and skill work, flexibility and balance, agility and conditioning.  Our goals for your teen:

Establish a life-long love of fitness

Offer an alternative to sedentary activities

Injury prevention for all athletic and active pursuits

Model and instruct in healthy life choices

Provide the physical and mental strength to tackle any obstacle thrown their way, inside or out of the gym

Build a community of like-minded teens
