Once you have completed your Introduction to CrossFit Fundamentals, we will discuss options for on-going monthly memberships. There are a variety of options to fit your needs, goals and budget! Sign up for a Free Session and we will tell you all about it!
One-on-one = $100-$125/hr
Two-on-one = $160/hr ($80/hr per person)
Three-on-one = $195/hr ($65/hr per person)
