High School Summer Program – Tue-Thu session added at Uptown!


Calling all High School Athletes!  There are now TWO options for getting fitter, faster and stronger over the summer!  In addition to our MWF session at CrossFit EGA, we have added a second session which meets at 3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Uptown location.

Classes will be coached by a fully certified and insured CrossFit trainer(s).  No experience necessary – we will be teaching all movements with proper form before each workout.    No problem if you cannot make all sessions – summer is a busy time.  We believe that coaching this age group is unique and wonderful, very effective for improving fitness and most of all – totally fun.

If you are curious about CrossFit or just want to come by and check out a workout, we will be offering a FREE Community Day on Saturday June 14th at 10am at our CrossFit EGA location.  Bring your student athlete and work out together!

The entire 9-week program will be offered at a promotional price of $200 (ask about member and team discounts). Please email us with any questions.  Read on for more info or to enroll in the program!

Goals of High School Athlete Strength & Conditioning Program:

•To provide an off season S&C program to local high school athletes
•To be more affordable and accessible than traditional programs (i.e. private trainers, expensive academies)
•To ingrain in the athletes the importance of proper form to prevent injury and give the athletes the technical proficiency to continue training safely for the rest of the year when not under our supervision
•To produce measurable results by the end of the summer that will transfer over to the participant’s respective sports
