Horse Stall Mats Are Here


CFO’s brand new horse stall mats stacked in 35-mat piles.

I came across this cool link (cool to me, at least, which I guess tells you I’m not that cool) on Art De Vany’s blog, which shows pictures of various foods in the amount that would be needed of them to get 200 calories:

    Hey Mike,

    Is the Splenda listed as 200 calories because there is maltodextrin in the powdered version to bulk it up? I also use Torani flavored syrups (coffee) sweetened with Splenda because the liquid form does not contain maltodextrin. If I use Splenda, I don’t count it as blocks in my Zone, is this correct?

    Do you have a recommended reading list for those of us geeks who want to know more about nutrition and our bodies and how it all comes together?
