Look, no skin!

Knee-high tube socks can be indispensable when it comes to pulls from the floor (deadlifts, cleans, snatches).

Great idea! I’m going to start wearing those on my arms for ring dips and muscle-ups!

    Angela,

No fashion commentary? Ange, are you o.k.?

Hot. Would be hotter still with a leotard.

My favorite CF workout gear is athletic tape. On thumbs and ring finger, knees and shins. I should send in a picture.

    Nicole:

girl…you HAD to call me out like that?

honey…if that is a photo of you, then we gonna skip the roadside assistance and get you in for an extended day of beauty with an industrial anesthician and a severe manicure…

…and that ensemble is definitely not haute couture (or even pret-a-porter) in any jurisdiction that offers potable water…

    see how you are?

    Angela,

You’re just jealous ’cause you can’t pull together an outfit like that.

yea, watch out Vera Wang–there’s a new kid on the block…

Looks pretty awesome, although it would have looked even better with the holey tennis shirt and the flip flops.

My new Lulu Lemon(TM) shirt is pretty sweet – it has silver for extra pricening and it tidies up my room while I’m out. Actually it just wicks and doesn’t smell as bad as a normal shirt, but that’s plenty.

Oh, I see how it is. Two on one, eh? Bring it.

Nicole-honey, let’s start out slow and call the anesthician. Then we discuss what you want to tell Vera.

Mike-honey, do you really want in on this? Let me know after you reconsider our discussion of your “press and curl” comment.

    My work here is done.

    Angela,
I don’t think that is Nicole in the picture.
And what is an anesthician? Something to do with Anesthesia? Is that fashion-speak for “let’s just put you out of your misery”?

  13. angela September 23, 2007 at 8:50 pm

    Allen:

It’s kinda like anesthesia, but not really. You know how there are landscapers for gardens? Well, think of it as a landscaper for people’s bodies. I’ll leave it at that.
