Take a month and challenge yourself to make changes in your food, drink, sleep and stress management choices. If you did not have a chance to join us on Saturday for the Nutrition Matters presentation, you can check out the slides here. You will find some overall information as well as some suggestions for preferred food and lifestyle choices.
The challenge is for one month. It starts THIS Wednesday January 13th and runs through Friday February 12th and is open to members at all 3 gyms!
The challenges you choose are individualized to you. You can make small changes or a large-scale overhaul. We suggest you test the effectiveness of the changes you choose in the following ways:
- Make sure to do the Open WOD programmed for this Wednesday 1/13. The same Open WOD will be programmed on Wednesday 2/10 toward the end of the challenge month. Record details of the workout and your score to compare.
- Take a before and after photo from front and side and compare
- Make a note of how you feel (mind and body) at the beginning and end of the month-long challenge.
If you would like to join in, send us an email. We will send you a free recipe collection from CFO’ers of years past. We will also add you to a closed Facebook group that will be monitored by your coaches in order to get any questions answered and to share your progress, recipes, thoughts, etc.
