REMINDER: Tryouts for Reindeer Games THIS Saturday 10/26 – 11am-1pm

Here are your final two WODs for Saturday’s tryouts for the Reindeer Games:

Workout #3:
2 minutes to find Max Reps Muscle Ups. (No muscle ups? Tiebreaker will be Chest to Bar Pullups)
1 minute rest
2 minutes to find Max Reps Handstand Pushups. (No HSPU’s? Tiebreaker will be HR Push ups)

Workout #4:
AMRAP 10:
30 Double Unders
20 KB Swings 53/35
10 Deadlifts 225/155

Remember that Mike will be there to help you with your muscle-up as well. Don’t miss this golden opportunity for some special Mikey time!

EMAIL info@crossfitoakland.com to get on Saturday’s heat list for tryouts.  If you absolutely cannot make it Saturday and still want to try out, let us know via email and we will do our best to set you up with a ‘judge’.  You must complete the tryout before Wednesday October 30th to be considered for the Reindeer Games.
