Do workouts that you didn’t show up for count?

I was heavily contemplating coming into 6am right now… but I dont think its happening, must hit the books.

I thought you were turning over a new leaf yesterday…I heard you half-a$$ed yesterday’s workout, and now you are skipping today’s???

    I’m still sore from Lynne!

Candace telling me I couldn’t stop until I’d done ten squats on Thursday…and then ten more, and ten more. Awesome coaching, painful workout.

I think something is going to be posted soon…but please join me for tomorrow’s rest day workout: bodyweight in ice cream. Wednesday at 6:30PM at Fenton’s on Piedmont. I will be turning 30, as well. 😉

why couldnt you turn 30 before Monday?

I just finished my own little personal workout, so now when I come in and put you to shame tonight… you can feel that much worse.

My most challenging WOD moment was talking myself into showing up for “Eva”. Actually finishing the workout was hard too. :)

I did two three-on/one-off cycles in a row for the first time this week, which involved several 6 am classes. My wife is pretty sure I’ve joined a cult.
