As a masters-level track & field athlete and coach, I specialize in teaching efficient and proper running technique using The Pose Method along with a personalized interval-based training program that prepares athletes to compete at their absolute best.

CFO members have the opportunity to participate in another running clinic specifically for them for a 3rd straight year. Within the first 15 minutes you’ll be able to immediately apply what you learn to your running form and see improved efficiency in your overall technique. Your new form can help increase your speed and endurance, therefore improving performance during your next running WOD.
There are available slots for 20 people. If more than 20 people are interested, a 2nd clinic will be scheduled. This CFO Running Clinic will focus on:
-Pose Method instruction
-Warm-up drills & progressions
-Short interval running workout
-Cool-down and group stretch
-Invitation to attend weekly CFO Endurance track/running WOD
