Saturday Heat Schedule for Open Workout 14.4

CrossFit Open Workout 14.2

Below are the heat times for Open Workout 14.4, which is the following:

14-Minute AMRAP:
60 Calorie Row
50 Toes-to-Bar
40 Wall Balls @ 20#/14#
30 Power Cleans @ 135#/95#
20 Muscle-Ups

We have a lot to cover on this workout; it’s going to be the type of workout where somewhere along the line, you’re going to face a movement that’s difficult, or that you were hoping wasn’t going to come up.  We’ll provide technical pointers and strategies for dealing with the movements themselves, pacing, and technique.  A lot of this workout has to do with pacing and managing your weaknesses.  It’s gonna be a great challenge!

Because there are so many pieces to this workout, our athlete briefing is going to be at 9:45am sharp.  Don’t miss it!
