    Happy Dads Day to all of you rockin’ CFO dads!!

    Lance, in honor of Fathers Day I did not set the alarm for 5:30am on a Sunday. Keep me in mind for next time!

    Some people will say that the only reason I am posting the picture below is to point people towards a woman doing pullups in what might as well be her underwear and a pair of pink knee socks. My motives are far loftier, however. First, the picture:

    I would argue that the level of hyperextension in this woman’s lumbar spine is dangerous. Kipping that far should probably be avoided for the sake of intervertebral disc health.

    Also, stealing an idea from west county crossfit I think we should incorporate some double dutch into our workouts.
