We’re thrilled to announce that CrossFit Oakland is hosting a Running & Endurance Seminar with our very own CrossFit Endurance coach, Aaron Castillo – Sunday February 21st from 12:00PM – 1:30PM.
Since 2011, Aaron (aka, “Coach Evil”) has worked with countless CFO, Uptown & EGA members, including CrossFit Games athletes Candace Hamilton Hester and our recently crowned 60+ Masters Champion and 2015 Fittest Man on Earth, Steve Pollini. Now in its 4th season, Aaron serves as the running and track coach for Oakland Triathlon Club & their Juniors program, and works with several sport-specific athletes in soccer, lacrosse, road racers and endurance athletes of all levels. He even coached and programmed for our CFO Tough Mudder team in 2012…earning him Best of the East Bay’s “Best Post-Apocalyptic Workout.”
