Prowler Sundays are always a big hit

On our old blog, we had spot on the blog where we had a permanent link to a soft copy of our CrossFit Oakland Recipe Collection.  This was a big hit with our old-timers, but since there are so many newcomers in the last couple of years, we thought we’d repost the CrossFit Oakland Recipe Collection on our new blog.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a place on the blog–outside of this post–to store the file.  So this blog post will have to be the reference point.

The CFO Recipe Collection was a pet project of Connie’s.  She’s our go-to nutrition resource here at CFO.  She brought together published recipes from various websites, along with recipes that some of our members contributed themselves.  It’s a great collection.

So here’s a link to the file.  It’s in PDF format.  Also, be warned, if you’re going to be printing it, it’s 28 pages.
