Congratulations to all of you who participated in the Nutrition & Healthy Habits Challenge! Week 8 finished on Sunday, so now you’ll have to continue your healthy ways without the use of a spreadsheet (or maybe you’ll continue to use it). We heard a lot of great stories (decline in body fat percentage, first pull-ups, etc.) over these past 8 weeks. Keep up the strong work!
Now onto the heavy hitters in this challenge. Let’s take care of Week 8 honors first, which went to Norah, who finished the week with a whopping 96 points! Strong work, Norah (she’ll also make an appearance in the list below).
